SERVICE

Our veteran route technicians will provide service to machines on a regular basis. With each visit our technicians clean, fill, and perform general maintenance on machines. Technicians will also handle refunds and gather graduated requests. It is our personal commitment to insure you consistently have the same route technician. This allows the route technician to stock the products that you enjoy.

Our full time technicians are on the road daily, for faster service. A toll free response center representative will provide correspondence in the event of a malfunction. Our technicians are in constant contact with the response center using a state-of-the art cellular phone network. In the event of a coin jam or other malfunction, simply call our response center to report the problem and the closest technician will be dispatched to your location. A technician is on call seven days a week. We consider every phone call important to us, and we truly believe in direct contact with a representative from our call center. On the unfortunate chance, we could not answer the phone after business hours or on the weekends, our answering service will take a message, and a representative will return your call as soon as possible.
