James Vending is a light industrial office and warehouse building occupying 31,671 square feet. Construction of the building was completed in January 2007.

The office area is in the front of the building occupying approximately 7,500 square feet and consists of a conference room with kitchen, private offices with a kitchen, four restrooms, a money counting room, a walk-in safe, shop area and also an equipment prep area. The warehouse is located to the rear and contains two restrooms, a mechanical room, a large dock area serviced by five dock doors, and a large open warehouse area at the rear for product. Additionally, there is a side section of the building with a 700 square foot walk-in cooler and a separate 2,000 square foot walk-in freezer. They are both state of the art refrigeration units. The building is heated with a radiant hot water system built into the floor. There is a state of the art security and surveillance system throughout the building and garage.
