SERVICE

Our veteran service personnel will provide service on a regular basis. With each visit our service personnel will fill, clean and perform general maintenance. Service personnel will attend to any refunds as well as attending to product request. Our operations manager Justin Packrone and his management staff train James Vending personnel extensively. Our employees are prepared to accommodate any customer needs.

Our full time service personnel are on the road daily for superior service. A toll free number is provided on each machine in the case of a malfunction. Once the call is received, the nearest technician will be contacted. After regular business hours, an answering service is available to provide help with customer needs. The answering service will contact our service manager and a technician will be dispatched to your location. Service technicians are on call Monday through Saturday. We consider every phone call important and will respond to all service needs in a timely matter.
